Safety Data for Essential Oils: Some essential oils may be irritating to those with sensitive skin. It is recommended that you test the oil on the inside of your upper arm or thigh. If there is a reaction, use vegetable oil to disperse the oil. Vegetable oil can be used to dilute any of the oils, and in some cases, it is recommended that the oil be diluted before using it on the skin. In case of accidental eye contact, use a few drops of pure vegetable oil in the eye. Never use water to dilute or rinse oils.
Some essential oils (usually citrus oils) are photosensitive and should not be applied to areas of the skin that are exposed to the sun.
Balsam Fir (Idaho) (abies balsamea) - a conifer distilled in Northern Idaho with a refreshing and uplifting scent. This oil may have a soothing effect on muscle and body aches.* 5 ml - Code 3314. 15 ml - Code 3316
