My 13-year old dog has patellar luxation in both knees, although there is a surgical solution to this problem, my dog also has a congenital heart defect which makes her a poor candidate for any anesthesia. After years of being treated with an NSAID, the veterinarian told me that she might suffer from kidney, renal and/or liver failure should she continue on this medication. I took her off the NSAID and started using Valor and PanAway. Her legs are straighter and she is able to again walk comfortably, acts younger and is more playful than ever.

WEIGHT LOSS:
Both Blue Agave and Stevia Extract are excellent alternatives to refined shite sugar for your baking needs. Blue Agave syrup is a high fructose carbohydrate pressed from the heart of the blue agave cactus. It has a glycemic index of 11 (e.g., table sugar is 65) and is about 50% sweeter than sugar, when consumed it raises the blood sugar level slowly with no dramatic increases. It also has 5.2 grams of carbohydrates per tablespoon. *
